Personal Profile

I am an experienced and self-motivated trainer on topics related to emotional health and wellbeing. I have a wealth of experience in both the statutory and voluntary sector working to improve outcomes for children and adults and the adults working with them.

Experienced in multiagency working, I have delivered training and supervision to a variety of audiences including education; health and social care managers through to young people. I can tailor training to meet the needs of individual teams and organisations.

As a reflective practitioner, I am committed to best practice and facilitating learning and development in a strength based and solution-focussed way across the workforce.
